Honestly I don’t really do diets of just one thing (smoothie or anything else) for a period of time.. I just make sure to add it to my diet every day.. so I have a cup every morning to start my day [kale, spinach, watercress, parsley, kiwi and strawberry] some times i add ginger and lemon to that.. my lifestyle consists of 4 healthy days and 1 (eat whatever i want) day then again 4 days of healthy, 1 day of whatever, etc. after eating healthy for 4 days.. u cannot overeat on the 5th day anyway.. u’ve trained ur stomach to shrink and at the same time you don’t feel like you’re restricting yourself..also with the green juicing and healthy diets on the rest of the days your body will get rid of the crap ur feeding it on the 5th day..because you’re digestive system is now working properly.. but if ur going to continue with your smoothie diet.. my suggestion would be to experiment with the smoothies.. change up the taste so u don’t get bored .. maybe kale and kiwi instead of spinach.. maybe smoothie for breakfast with chia seeds in it (so ur full for a longer period of time) and for the piece of bread - i would toast it.. chop up some strawberries and drizzle some cinnamon on top and turn it into a dessert .. good luck :)
Hey! So every couple of months I do a smoothie diet. Morning smoothie with a cup of milk and spinach, and 2 cups of fruit, the night smoothie with a cup of water and the same ingredients. I can have 1 grain a day, I usually have a piece of bread. Recently on this diet I've been getting sad from the lack of food, but it's never happened before this. Any suggestions?
